Good Quality, Wonderful Customer Service

My first suit was a standard black suit from a men's made-to-measure service. It was in the lower range of offerings and I was pretty happy with the materials, build, and patterning. This was my second suit. It's slightly cheaper than the first but I would say is quite comparable to it. The material feels the same, the patterning and fit is slightly better suited to my body (as evidenced by no roll under the collar in the back and no pull at my hips when the blazer is buttoned), and it overall has more character to it with its beautiful lining. The biggest difference I noticed between the two is that this suit has less intense structure in the shoulders. That could be an asset to someone with a smaller frame like myself, although I personally have no preference between the two. One thing I would like to point out is the burgundy color is somewhat more subdued in person than in the product shots, making it more versatile than I expected. While I appreciated this, YMMV.

One thing I really wanted to nail, however, was key measurements that a tailor wouldn't be able to fix. So I reached out to customer service requesting more information. They got back to me not much more than an hour later with almost all the information I needed and patiently answered any questions I had. Even so, I would love to see a garment measurement chart on the website, but I understand that I'm one of the more nitpicky customers. :)

I'm 5'2" with an athletic build, a short torso, and long legs, and my problem areas for fit are typically shoulders (15.5in) and thighs (23.25in). I also prefer a more "classic" look in my suits, as in straighter in the torso and leg than most contemporary suits. The M blazer was perfect in the shoulders (16in) without being too long (25.75in center back from the base of the collar, although I would've preferred 27in to fully cover my seat) and the size 10 pants gave me a little extra ease in the thigh (24.5in) although they ended up being quite large in the waist. Aside from that, the fit was a lot closer to perfect than I was expecting for a ready to wear suit, with only small adjustments required! Even the inseam length is good if I wanted a full break.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase, especially in comparison to one that was built to my measurements. I'll certainly be recommending this to other people!

Absolutely amazing

I have nothing but great things to say. I felt like a million bucks on my special day. The fit was perfect and I received so many compliments. I ordered the wrong size pants and was able to return them with no issues.

Love it. The lining is cool and a conversation piece. Ran a bit small for me, but with no hassle exchange policy I was able to dial in my size. Spiffy. Thank you.
