Refund policy

We accept unworn garments with tags on for a full refund within 21 days of the delivery date. Of course, you can try it on, just don't wear it on a night out dancing and then send it back to us 🙂 We reserve the right to deduct for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

EU customers: You have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Our 21-day return window exceeds this statutory right. EU customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and items must be returned Delivery Duties Paid (DDP).

For Canada-based returns, to return your item head over to our Return & Exchanges Portal. All you need is your order number and email! Exchanges aren't available at this time for Canada.

For international returns, you can ship the apparel back to us at the address below. International exchanges aren't available at this time — we recommend placing a new order for your desired items. Please note that international returns must be sent Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) for us to be able to accept the package. Please include your name and order number to prevent a delay in processing.

WHAT PACKAGING SHOULD I USE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN?

You can put it right back into the envelope or box that your items were originally shipped in. If you couldn’t contain your excitement and tore open that bag/box, no problem; you can use any shipping container.
