Refund policy

We accept unworn garments with tags on for a full refund within 21 days of the delivery date, minus any restocking fee that may apply. Of course, you can try it on, just don't wear it on a night out dancing, and then send it back to us 🙂 We reserve the right to deduct for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

EU customers: You have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Our 21-day return window exceeds this statutory right. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request via your customer accountyour customer account within 14 days of delivery, and return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Once we receive your return, we'll issue your refund within 14 days — minus any restocking fee that may apply. EU customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and items must be returned Delivery Duties Paid (DDP).

For US & Canadian customers, eligible products from Kirrinfinch.com that are eligible for returns or exchanges must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All original tags and labels must be attached; otherwise, your return will be considered worn and rejected. If your item is covered in pet hair or soiled, it is not considered new. If your item is excessively covered in pet hair or returned to us in unsellable condition for example balled up, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will only be eligible for a store credit.

Once your order is marked as delivered, you have 21 days to return an item for a refund to your original payment method, subject to a $12 processing fee. You have 30 days to return an item for a product exchange or store credit - less the $12 return processing fee. You can also opt in to pay $2.98 @ checkout for a free return or exchange.

We are subject to charge a damages fee of up to the value of the garment for any item returned with soiling and signs of wear, including but not limited to body or pet hair. To qualify for a complete refund, products must be clean and pet-hair-free.

For international returns, you can ship the apparel back to us at the address below. International exchanges aren't available at this time — we recommend placing a new order for your desired items. Please note that international returns must be sent Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) for us to be able to accept the package. Please include your name and order number to prevent a delay in processing.

WHAT PACKAGING SHOULD I USE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN?

You can put it right back into the envelope or box that your items were originally shipped in. If you couldn’t contain your excitement and tore open that bag/box, no problem; you can use any shipping container.
