I love this Suit, truly. if you are curvy it will be a bit harder to make this suit fit you the way you want it to. Make sure you have a wonderful tailor/seamstress. I did mention this to Kirrin Finch, but if you need alternations to the sleeves, the way the suit jacket is designed your local dry cleaner/seamstress may not be able to do it without some level of compromise. To shorten the sleeves, takes away from the ease of buying this ready made suit, as you will have to get some work done. if you are okay with keeping the sleeves as is, then you will not have to worry about it. I do hope the designers change the sleeves to make it easier for any tailor/seamstress to make the adjustments. The suit has more of a European cut, so it WILL run smaller, it is not you, that is just the cut. I normally wear size 12, but my thighs needed size 14, and I will have to get the pants waste adjusted. So this Suit is great, but you will need to invest to make sure it is fitted to your body. The quality of the fabric is very good, but indeed, there really is no true 'give' or stretch. If you are questioning, I do recommend you reach out to Kirrin Finch as this Suit is a tricky one to get right, but a lovely addition to any wardrobe. Be Dapper, Be you!
