Our Why
Kirrin Finch was born out of frustration at the lack of gender-defying fashion that fit their personal style-avoiding ill-fitting menswear and frilly womenswear. We knew others felt the same way too. Through innovative design and a dedication to authenticity, we empower customers to embrace their unique identity.
Our Name
The name, Kirrin Finch, was inspired by iconic fictional tomboys "Georgina Kirrin" from The Famous Five series and "Scout Finch" from To Kill A Mockingbird. Both these characters embrace the tomboy spirit and are not constrained by society's views of how a woman should behave or dress.
Designed With You in Mind
Suits
Inspired by the clean, structured look of traditional menswear, this design is tailored to fit you with a crisp feel. It features multiple working pockets for all your essential items, offering a flattering, non-curve-hugging silhouette.
Pants
We took our inspiration from men's pants by leafing through men's catalogues, buying and deconstructing the pants we liked, then taking the various design elements and adjusting them to fit afab bodies.
Shirts
Our shirts are designed with the look and feel of a men's shirt. We've ensured a straighter cut by removing the darts typically found in women's shirts. Plus, we've added extra buttons across the chest to significantly reduce gapping.
Giving Back to Our Community
At Kirrin Finch, giving back to the LGBTQ+ community and empowering women, trans and non-binary folks is central to who we are as people, and to the core of our company.
We approach our social giveback through in-kind donations, amplifying community voices and showing up as a team to donate our time in the community.
