In 2021, Jaymes made history by becoming the first Black Chief Executive Officer of Family Equality, a pioneering organization dedicated to advancing equality for the LGBTQ+ community. Their dynamic leadership has not only broken barriers but has also earned them a well-deserved spot on Out Magazine's prestigious Out100 list in 2022.
